Bring your knitting—whether with a friend or on your own—and let the tranquility of the water set the stage for an evening filled with creativity and camaraderie. With your knitting in hand, it’s easy to strike up a conversation with the other participants.
In addition to the company of other knitting enthusiasts, you’ll also have the chance to meet Lotte Lysholt, the woman behind GarnbyJacobsen. She’ll share her passion for knitting, talk about her yarns, and present her unique knitting designs. You can also purchase knitting kits and other products so you can take a little piece of the evening home with you.
At the same time, our sommelier will treat you to three exquisite wines, carefully selected to perfectly complement the evening.

Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance through the Odense Aafart website, as there are a limited number of seats.

Practical information on board
Can you bring your own drinks?
No, you are not allowed to bring your own drinks as drinks are sold on board.
Is there a restroom on board?
There is no toilet on board the tour boats. We recommend that you use the restrooms before departure.
Can I board the tour boat with a wheelchair?
Only manual wheelchairs can enter the tour boat. There are two steps down into the boats. There are no ramps, so you need a pair of hands to help you down the two steps and into the boat. Then we carry the chair down afterwards.
Walkers can be brought along.
Is smoking allowed on board the tour boats?
Generally no, unless otherwise agreed for private tours.
Does Odense Aafart operate in all kinds of weather?
Yes, Odense Aafart sails in all kinds of weather. The boats are covered and we sail on the Odense River on a stretch that is well protected from wind and weather.
