When the sun is shining and summer is in full swing, it’s undoubtedly the pilsner, the IPA, and generally light, pale summer beers with lower alcohol content that we all go for. It’s the perfect type of beer to enjoy on the patio on a beautiful summer day.
These light, refreshing beers are also great for quenching your thirst in the heat. They have a light aroma, and their hops pair perfectly with many summer dishes.
Would you like to learn more about delicious summer beers? Then join us on this tour, as Odense Aafart, in collaboration with Anarkist Beer & Food Lab, invites you to a summer beer tasting.
This event combines a lovely summer evening with great beers and a boat ride through the beautiful natural surroundings along the Odense River. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to discover your new favorite summer beer and get answers to your questions about the beers and how they’re made.
The atmosphere is relaxed and there is plenty of room for both chatting and socializing on board.

The sailing takes place on Odense River on the same stretch as Odense Aafart’s other tour boats.

Do you have to buy a ticket in advance?
Yes, tickets must be purchased in advance through the Odense Aafart website, as there are a limited number of seats.

Can you bring your own drinks?
No, you are not allowed to bring your own drinks as drinks are sold on board.
Is there a restroom on board?
There is no toilet on board the tour boats. We recommend that you use the restrooms before departure.
Can I board the tour boat with a wheelchair?
Only manual wheelchairs can enter the tour boat. There are two steps down into the boats. There are no ramps, so you need a pair of hands to help you down the two steps and into the boat. Then we carry the chair down afterwards.
Walkers can be brought along.
Is smoking allowed on board the tour boats?
Generally no, unless otherwise agreed for private tours.
Does Odense Aafart operate in all kinds of weather?
Yes, Odense Aafart sails in all kinds of weather. The boats are covered and we sail on the Odense River on a stretch that is well protected from wind and weather.
