Boat trip with lunch or picnic
Bring your colleagues on board for a corporate event in Odense with a cozy boat trip where you can enjoy each other’s company while having a nice lunch on board. We can offer delicious freshly made sandwiches, pokebowls or an exquisite tapas from the delicatessen Klingenberg.
While sailing, you will have the opportunity to enjoy the magnificent views of the city from a unique angle. We’ll pass idyllic bridges and green spaces, and you’ll experience how the city opens up from the waterside.
You can also choose to bring your lunch and get off the boat in Fruens Bøge, where you can enjoy a cozy picnic in the beech forest for an hour or two, after which you’ll be picked up by the tour boat and sailed back to the city.

Corporate event with canoe on Funen
Bring all your colleagues to an outdoor company event where everyone can join in. Go on a lovely and adventurous canoe trip on the Odense River. We have several different starting and stopping points, so you choose the route and how long you want to sail.
For example, you can choose a beautiful canoe trip from Bellinge to Munke Mose, with a stop at Skovsøen, where you can enjoy your packed lunch. The trip takes approx. 4 hours.
We have 40 canoes and can accommodate 3 adults per canoe, so we can take groups of up to 120 people.

What does it cost to rent a tour boat?

How many people can you fit on board?
There is room for approximately 70 people at H.C. Andersen and Riborg Voigt and approximately 50 people at Aladdin.
Is it possible to buy meals on board?
We are happy to provide catering on board when you rent your own tour boat. When ordering drinks, you will be charged according to consumption.
We can provide all types of drinks, coffee and cake, and sandwiches and tapas from Klingenberg.
How long do you rent the boat for?
You rent the boat for one hour, i.e. one trip out and one trip home. You are welcome to split the trip so that you go out for a stopover and return later.
You have the option to rent the boat for several hours. Subsequent hours are half price.
Is it possible to split the trip?
You are welcome to split the trip. The price includes a return trip. This means that you have the option of being taken out in the morning and picked up in the afternoon, for example.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own drinks. If you do this, you are responsible for the practicalities and you must bring your own glasses etc. and clean up the boat before you leave it.
Can a table be set up for catering?
You always have the option to have a table set up in the middle of the boat for catering. Please mention this when booking.
Can I borrow carpets?
Yes, you can borrow blankets if the weather is cold. Please mention this when booking.
Is there a microphone on board?
You have the option to borrow our microphone. Please mention this when booking.
Can music be played on board?
We have a stereo and speakers on board, which can be borrowed. No loud music is allowed on board, but cozy mood music.
Is it possible to get a band on board?
You have the option to have a band on board. However, please note that you rent the boat for 1 hour and there may be bookings before you. If the band needs time to set up, the boat must be rented for an extra hour.
Where can you park your car?
There is a parking garage right opposite Aafarten, see a map of the area here
Take the free Citybus, which stops almost at the door. Get off at Søndergade/Vestergade or Holsdore. The bus runs approximately every 10 minutes: Monday-Friday 9-16.30 and Saturday 11-15.30.
During festivals and major events e.g. in August and September there may be alternative routes, so check the timetable here
Where can we stop by bus?
Bus stop at Ansgar Church (approx. 20 m). Guests can be dropped off here. Buses can then be parked at one of the city’s bus stop parking lots (see which ones at https://odenserundt.dk/tag/118).
