2. What personal data we collect – and why

We only collect the information that is necessary to:

  • Delivering our services

  • improve our website

  • communicate with you

  • comply with legislation


2.1 Contact forms

When you fill out a contact form, we collect data:

  • Name

  • E-mail

  • Phone number (if provided)

  • Message

Purpose:
To be able to answer your inquiry.

We keep the data for as long as it is relevant to the dialog.

2.2 Newsletter

When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect data:

  • Name

  • Email address

We use MailerLite as our email platform.

Purpose:

  • Distribution of newsletters

  • Information about events, season start, events and offers

  • Statistics on open and click-through rates

You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

2.3 Chatbot (Knud)

When you use the chatbot on the website, we can register:

  • The questions you ask

  • Time of day

  • IP address

  • Which page you are on

The purpose is to:

  • give you correct answers

  • Improve our service

  • Identify questions we lack information about

If you voluntarily enter contact information in the chatbot (e.g. for booking or job inquiries), we store this for follow-up purposes.

The chatbot is powered via Supabase (EU-based hosting).

We do not use the chatbot for automated decisions or profiling.

2.4 Booking and ticket purchase

When you buy tickets or book experiences, you are processed:

  • Name

  • E-mail

  • Phone number

  • Payment details (processed via payment provider)

  • Order history

Objective:

  • to complete the purchase

  • to send order confirmation

  • to deliver the purchased service

  • to comply with the Bookkeeping Act

We store accounting data according to the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act (5 years).

2.5 Comments

If comments are enabled on the site, we collect:

  • Information provided in the comment field

  • IP address

  • Browser information

Its purpose is spam prevention and moderation.

2.6 Analytics

We use Google Analytics to analyze website traffic.

Among other things, we collect:

  • IP address (anonymized)

  • Device type

  • Browser

  • Visited pages

  • Time on page

Objective:

  • to improve the user experience

  • Understanding which pages work

  • optimize content and marketing

We do not use data for individual profiling.

We enter into data processing agreements where required.

  • Contact requests: as long as the dialog is relevant

  • Newsletter: until unsubscribed

  • Accounting data: 5 years

  • Chatbot data: up to 12 months (for improvement and documentation purposes)

  • To have your data deleted (unless we are legally obliged to store it)
