These terms and conditions apply to purchases and bookings via www.aafart.dk.
Depending on the activity you book, you will contract with one of the following companies.

Booking and payment
Booking is made online via the website.
Payment can be made with Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, Mastercard and MobilePay.
All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Companies wishing to pay via EAN number or invoice, please contact us by email or phone.
The booking is binding once payment has been completed.
Delivery of tickets
Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address provided immediately after purchase.
Tickets can be viewed on smartphone or as a printout.
If the ticket is not received, it is recommended to check spam or junk mail.
Validity
Tickets are valid until the date and time stated on the ticket or booking confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
According to Section 18(2)(12) of the Consumer Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of tickets or booking of activities on a specific date.
Tickets and bookings are therefore generally non-refundable.
Exception:
Gift cards can be canceled within 14 days if unused.
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Rebooking
Boat trips – River cruise on Odense River
Tickets can be rebooked up to 24 hours before departure if seats are available.
Events
Tickets for events are binding and cannot be rebooked or refunded.
Water bikes
Bookings can be rebooked up to 24 hours before start time, subject to availability.
Canoeing – special conditions
Canoes are rented through Aafartens Kanoudlejning (ME Rome ApS).
When booking a canoe, the customer accepts the special terms of trade and rental conditions for canoes, which appear when booking in the webshop.
These conditions include, among other things:

Responsibility for equipment
Rules for returning canoes
Safety and sailing at your own risk
Responsibility
All sailing and use of equipment is at your own risk.
The Customer is responsible for the rented equipment during the rental period.
The landlord is not responsible for guests’ personal belongings.
Weather conditions
In case of dangerous weather, technical problems or other safety issues, activities may be canceled.
In case of cancellation by the organizer, rebooking or refund is offered.
Personal data
When booking, your name, address, phone number and email address are registered.
The data is used for customer administration and is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with applicable legislation.

Force majeure
Odense Aafart ApS and ME Rome ApS cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, including extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders or technical breakdowns.
